 Greetings Sister Hilarians at home and abroad. This festive season seems to bring us even closer together. This Calendar 2001 serves to acknowledge, in the main, those who served and nurtured the OLD HILARIANS' ASSOCIATION from its inception and struggled to keep it alive. The current Executive would like this Calendar to be an ongoing publication thereby familiarising the Hilarian community with, not just names, but the people who devoted time and energy over the crucial years by following the example as set out in Our Founder's Prayer: "We give you most humble and hearty thanks, O most merciful Father, for our pious founder, Arthur Henry Anstey, and for all our founders and benefactors by whose benefit this whole school is brought up to Godliness and good learning; and we humbly ask You to give us grace to use Your blessings to the glory of Your Holy Name, that we may answer the good intent of our religious Founder and become profitable members of the church, and of our country, and at last share in Your heavenly Kingdom through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
