The Executive This current Executive has been elected for the three (3) terms April 1998/1999/2000/2001 - during which time quite a lot was accomplished. The Hawaiian theme introduced at our 1998 luncheon proved to be extremely popular and appreciated by all. Appropriate tokens were given to honourees over the three-term period. A benefit in the form of a take-away lunch box was held to assist Deacon Joy Wiltshire in December 1999 and the Hilarian community rallied to the cause in true Hilarian fashion. The Independence Day brunches continued and a 1st Annual Reunion QRC/BAHS Brunch was held in March 2000 at Queen's Royal College grounds. Life Membership cards are being processed and will be ready for distribution soon. This Calendar 2001 is designed to project those Hilarians who are genuinely interested in keeping the Association alive and we trust that this will continue for many years to come as funds raised by this effort will be given over to the St. Hilary's Foundation, to which part proceeds of this year's Carnival fete was contributed. |
