Marguerite Butcher A member of the Executive for quite a number of years during which time she earned the distinction of being the Hilarian who sold the greatest number of tickers for any fund-raising function hosted by the Association. Her record has not yet been surpassed. A founding member of the original Lydians under the musical directorship of our beloved Mrs. Joyce Spence she continues to this day as a part of the Lydian Singers under the baton of Ms. Pat Bishop and was the Secretary and Librarian of this choir for quite a number of years. Margot's support over the years has helped tremendously in keeping the Association alive. her birthday is one of the highlights of our Annual Luncheon as it invariably falls wither on the 1st Saturday of July or very close to the luncheon date.
