Alumnae groups are currently operational abroad, including the United States (Washington, D.C) and Canada (Toronto and Vancouver). If you’d like to get in touch with any of them, you can find all relevant contact information under Other Alumnae Chapters. If you are an Old Hilarian living overseas, are in touch with other Old Hilarians in your area, and are not currently in any of our alumnae groups, we welcome your participation and encourage you to form an alumnae group! To get started, follow these simple guidelines: (1) Elect a Committee, which should comprise the following positions:
(2) Depending on the size of your group’s membership, subcommittees may be formed for varying activities. (3) Establish an official contact address, phone number and email address. (4) Decide upon the frequency of your alumnae group’s meetings. (5) Establish a database of members and their relevant contact information. You may use the fields similar to those on the OHA’s Join Us webpage. (6) Liaise with the Executive Committee to inform us about your alumnae group’s formation and contact information, and to facilitate proper and timely flow and dissemination of OHA information. (7) Outline a schedule of interesting activities, and please include fundraising for your alumnae group, for the OHA, and for Bishop Anstey High School (St. Hilary’s). (8) Adopt a school project or activity.
